Exceptionally friendly staff. Especially Mr Minh and Ann. Location is in west lake which is 15 minutes drive from old quarter where it's most happening. It's a good option if you want to have a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Laundry service available for a small fee. Great views of the lake. Option to take a quiet stroll by the lake at night or in the morning. Good wifi. Convenience store nearby.

Great view. It was a 15 to 30 minute Grab ride from the old town depending on traffic. Friendly staff. A few hundred metres along the lake front towards town are some very nice cafes with roadside seating. I noticed there was bicycle hire almost next door.
